My complaint:

I supplied all the relevant information – YOUR SYSTEM WOULD NOT let me revise my credit card details, it was BLOCKED.
In addition, all other games allow the flashing of the remaining waffles to clear and this game DID NOT. Had it done so, I would not be replying to your message.
I don’t see why I should be penalised for YOUR SYSTEM!!!
Kindly escalate my complaint – the screenshot shows that I was unable to see where the remaining waffle was, I tried to purchase extra tools to help me so that I would not bounce out of the challenge and it was BLOCKED!
This seems like unfair practices to me and I have lost out on 124 gold bars through no fault of my own.
Put simply, I require reimbursement for the deficiency in the system.
I tried to edit my credit card details and update and it was blocked. I had NOT blocked this, so this is YOUR system not the user’s error!
