My complaint:
I bought a car in 2022, suddenly the radio turned black and couldn’t activate it in october 23, went to the agency to check if it needs maintenance, some expert from korea checked the car in November 23, and promised to send a new radio to the egyptian agency as soon as possible but they didn’t till now feb 24, it’s so frustrating and ruins the reputation of all kia cars to be honest
Suggested solution:
We need to get the new radio as soon as possible as there are many complaints about same issue and none solved, and we added several complaints but nothing happened -complaint number 159846
