My complaint:
My 2019 Kia Optima started smoking while I was driving as soon as I stopped and opened the door the whole engine was engulfed in flames
Suggested solution:
They accepted the payoff from insurance. But they knew their cars were catching fire. They offered no compensation for me being without a vehicle
