KFC complaint: Rude Service

My complaint:

I mentioned to the drive through employee that at my last visit I didn’t receive my 4 sides of ranch that I paid $2 for, so if it was possible could I get an extra 2 with this order. I wasn’t given a receipt at my last visit so I couldnt provide it, but the gentleman who she was working with immediately got on the headset and yelled “ nope” with no explanation, and a rude tone. He continued to yell when I asked could I have at least 1 extra. And said we can’t help you sorry. This is the 3rd time we’ve had no sauce that we HAVE to pay for. Please hire employees with some actual sense of customer service, and who know how to bag each and every itemcondiment that’s paid for. Life is expensive right now, so when I go out of my way to give you guys business I expect what I pay for.

Suggested solution:

Please hire staff capable of completing the position that they’re paid to do. And please educate your employees on customer service, and how to resolve issues when the customer has a complaint about missing items, and checking the bags before handing them out the window. I’d like a gift card if possible considering I’ve spent over 10$ on sauces I never receive and they refuse to give me l.
