KFC complaint: Really Bad Service

My complaint:

On 9/6/2023 at approx. around 6:45 pm I went to KFC to pick up my order. I placed an order online for a 8 pc all dark bucket of chicken, an individual mashed pot and gravy and an order of french fries. I also ordered 2 chicken fried steak meals with double mashed potatoes, which I ordered when I got there. Since the drive through line was real long I went inside. When I entered it was chaos in there. The workers behind the counter were yelling at each other and throwing food all over. When I was able to get to the counter a guy was working and I told him I had an online order and I would like to also get the 2 meals. I waited for about 10 minutes before I got to the counter and when I did get there the yelling and food throwing was still happening, I just wanted my food and to get out of there. When I got home not one thing I order was right. I got a bucket of chicken that had mostly white meat, no mashed potatoes or french fries and the chicken fried steak meals did not have the double mashed potatoes they had cole slaw in both of them. Suggested solution:

Not sure who was in charge or if there was a manager on duty but what I witnessed was very unprofessional and then getting everything wrong on my order a refund or something would be nice we always eat there. I tried to upload two receipts the wrong one they gave me and then a copy of what I ordered but for some reason it would not upload or at least I can not see that it uploaded.
