KFC complaint: Inedible food

My complaint:

I will start off by saying I LOVE fried chicken. I went to a KFC on my way home 62921 to pick up my family’ dinner; an 8-piece family fill up box. I live in Michigan about 20 miles from the KFC on Central Avenue in Toledo OH. If I did not live so far away from KFC; I would have brought the chicken back. I was so disappointed and hungry — I wanted to drive back.
The problem was the chicken was overly greasy but, dry on the inside. I just had to comment –after an over $20 meal that we could not eat — I knew that I did not want to waste my gas or my time — trying to talk with someone that could not or would not want to help.
I would have attached a receipt but, we realized they never gave us a receipt just the change from our $25.00 payment along with the one drink we ordered. However, I did attach pictures of the greasy, dried up chicken – you can see the grease in the bottom of the bucket. It truly looked like they dropped an earlier batch of chicken back in the fryer to make it hot again. That is the level of greasy chicken and probably explains the internal dryness.
I am a black female businessperson, and a retired school teacher– I cook every day and, I try to patronize other good business establishments – especially during these trying times. When I cannot get home in time to prepare food for my family, I have many options. This was a regrettable experience – if this were my business I would certainly want to know.
