KFC complaint: Incorrect Order and employee disrespect

My complaint:

I placed an order for your 8 piece value bucket meal and when i arrived home they had not given me the chicken. I was unable to call the store as I later found out when I went back that their phones are not working. I had to drive a half hour back to the store to get the chicken and when I asked for new sides the employee ( not the manager) stated that I was going home anyway so I should just heat them up. You cannot heat up coleslaw and when I stated that I wanted new sides the employee just threw her hands up in the air and stated Hell No. Another employee told me that they would give me sides and I said they were lucky that I was not also asking for my money back. The lobby is closed so I was doing all of this in the drive thru. When I asked for the corporate number and the name of the employee they just circled the website address on the receipt and refused to give me the employees name but I guess the manager wrote her name which is Krsytal. I am very disappointed in how I was treated. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 yrs and would never think of treating a customer with such disrespect.

Suggested solution:

They should have apologized instead of trying to put the blame on me and as a store manager I would have given the customer and completely new order and not just the missing items especially considering if they told me they had driven over 20 mins to make sure everything was fresh when they got home. I would also have either given them their money back or at least offered them a gift certificate to come back.
