KFC complaint: Disrespectful Employee

My complaint:

This is in regards to the KFC in Ponce Towne Center in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The incident occurred at 12:00 noon on 27 December 2022. I went through the drive-thru where the billboards did not display the individual combos. The billboards only displayed family combos. So I asked the employee through the drive-thru speaker that what are the options they had for a chicken sandwich. She yelled at me that she did not understand what I wanted. I explained that since I do not know what the individual combos are, if she could explain, she continued to yell that she did not understand what I wanted and the the combos were displayed, which they were not. After a while. she names me a sandwich and I said, just give me that in a combo. Once I approach the window, I explained – sorry, but I do not know the combos and there was no display of the, she continued yelling that they were. She was very disrespectful, despite I tried to deescalate the situation. Employees such as her should not be working in customer service.

Suggested solution:

They should give customer service training to their employees.
