My complaint:
I signed up for a trial of Kayo Sports in Nov-22 and cancelled the subscription as I did not wish to continue. Fast forward to Nov-23 and I have been billed and am struggling to obtain a refund. I’m going around and around in circles with the digital escalations support team who keep telling me to cancel the subscription online. THERE IS NO SUBSCRIPTION….. There is just no resolution…. Very frustrating. HOW do I get a refund as I don’t have a kayo subscription.
