My complaint:
I first attempted to get on Kayo last night at 7;35 pm. The message that appeared was . We are not comfortable with the amount of request try later. I kept trying at about 5 min intervals, finally get on early in the second half of the game. I pay my subscription every month and I was disappointed with the response when I couldn’t get on.I intend to cancel my subscription if I don’t get a reasonable response from Kayo. Not Happy!!!
Suggested solution:
An apology and refund for part of my subscription.
