My complaint:
Kayac recommended Economy Bookings as the cheapest price for a car (around 21 EUR a day, for 7 days). Kayac redirected me to Econommy Booking´s page with this car option, which i selected and paid an aditional 100,5 EUR in concept of two things: road asistance (around 3 EUR a day) and FULL COLLISION COVERAGE (10 EUR a Day). And they said i only had to pay for 93.1 EUR when i got to the rental car, and that was all, since I already had bought the insurence and all.
When I got to the car rental they said the FULL COLISION COVERAGE of 100 EUR I had paid was useless, and that I had to pay an additional 140 EUR (2O EUR per day) for them to give me the CAR RENTAL´S FULL COVERAGE.
The car went from being around 190 EUR in total (1 week) to around 330 EUR, and I paid for a 100 EUR COVERAGE from ECONOMY BOOKINGS which was a scamm and useless for the Rental Car Agency.
Due to the change in price i didnt book the car, so I lost 100 EUR from an entire week of coverage which I paid for, but i do not have any car to be ensured… and ECONOMY BOOKINGS is not answering back or giving any money back at all. They havent responded yet and two days have gone already.
I would love help with this, y feel so scammed but both Kayac and Economy Bookings, since they recommended between each other. I just want my 100 EUR back, which I paid for a usless insurence that is not even being used at all since I dont have the car!!
Suggested solution:
I want the 100,5 EUR back that Economy Bookings charged me in concept of a insurence that was not valid for the Rental Car Company, and which i am not even using because i dind´t rent the car anyways because the price ended up being more than doble.
