My complaint:
Booked a ticket on 2/15/24, justfly’s email ation had all the wrong information. Wrong airport, wrong department, wrong time. Called them back, on hold for over an hour, then another hour to be told I needed to contact the airlines for my refund. Called the airlines, who were willing to refund the ticket portion only to be told that Justfly put the charge on the company card, and because of this the airline could only refund back to the card it was on?? WTH? Called Justfly several more times, and several hours wasted
