My complaint:
I paid over $1000 for my fly to fortlauderda from Rochester I call the day before leaving about my ticket was told I needed to paid an extra $300 dollars that the reason the ticket was never issue and it holiday season I would never use this company to issue me air tickets again
Suggested solution:
I should of never been charged anything more reson it took my credit card and charged me $1081 for the tickets as it stated on the site and ed payment then a day before I call and was charged extra $300 for the same trip scam
