My complaint:
I booked a ticket with justfly last year but due to immigration issues could not travel. So I cancelled my ticket. They gave me credit so that i can use it towards the next travel with the same airline. So when i was okay to travel, i called them, they said seats available.
I travelled to india twice this year , april and then july. Both the times i called them they siad they don’t have seats available with Turkish airlines. . And the credit they gave me could only be used with Turkish airline. So i did not have any option. When i asked for refund they said not allowed.
Suggested solution:
Give me a refund for the ticket
