My complaint:
I booked round trip from Pensacola to Islamabad via just fly. At booking there 2 checked bags each of 23 kg. When I received my e-ticket there was only checked bag allowed . Contacting just fly customer services was a task as there is no telephone line it’s just via message system. After contacting them they said that I have to contact Qatar airways to ask about baggage allowance as they have booked me 2 checked bags. When I contacted Qatar airways they said that jyst fly being 3rd part has only booked for one checked bag.
I must say that booking with just gly was nightmare. I will not recommend any one to book flight via just fly as it seems more like a scammer company,
