My complaint:
I had a trip planned in July 2022, but got covid hd to cancel it. They said they couldn’t refund me the money, but charged me for canceling $400. They gave me a credit of $800 and now they saying they can’t honor it. It clearly states in my app that I have till March 92023! Please help
