My complaint:
I’ve booked an air ticket in an emergency situation on Feb 28th 2023, and had to cancelled it on the same day since in the itinerary, it had a transit in Seattle(US), but at the moment I didn’t have US Transit visa. I’ve made a refund request on the same day and up to now I’m trying to contact them via calling and sending emails, but so far I didn’t get any response from them on my refund, now it’s been nearly 06 months.
Suggested solution:
By responding my emails or calls and refunding my money.
