My complaint:
My Frontier airline flight was canceled so I cancel my trip. I paid $715.96 to justfly.com My Booking 227547101. Frontier airline give all four flights refund to justfly. But justfly refund me only $380.76. I still need $335.20 refund.
It’s scam, there is no human at justfly, I try everythings but I can not contact with justfly. I call visa co. complaney for charge back but it pass over 6 months so visa co did not help me.
Now only choice i have is find some government agency to help me to get my money.
Suggested solution:
Give me my $335.20 refund back.
