My complaint:
October 6th is when it started.
I called just fly to book a flight to Portland for thanksgiving.
The agent helped me with the itinerary.
The transaction was declined due to lack of available funds.
The agent and I acknowledged that this booking could not be completed.
Approximately 2 weeks later I noticed a charge to my bank for $403.94 from justfly. For three days straight I tried to contact them and they could not accommodate all the calls so the message kept saying call back later.
Next I went to my Chase bank and filed a complaint. They said they investigated it and the result was in their favor. I filed an appeal and that had the same results. I filed a complaint with justfly online 2 weeks ago and nothing.
Justfly claims they rendered services. I never received a booking ation. I looked on the justfly website and there was no booking itinerary. I looked at Frontier airline website under my profile and again there showed no flight.
At one point I finally did connect with a live voice and I told him the whole story. He resurfaced it while I waited and came back and assured me there was no reservation under my name and that I could get reimbursed by making a claim. I received nothing for the money they took.
