My complaint:
On JUSTFLY flights selection page flight is marked as economy but traded to you as basic economy and only after flight is booked you have to guess that you bought wrong ticket.
But in order to cancel it you have to pay penalty.
Booking conformation page clearly indicates that you bought economy tickets but in reality, it is not.
Suggested solution:
By reimbursing my baggage fees for booking 236889631 for me and my wife $300
