My complaint:
I purchased a flight for my daughter from Atlanta to Daytona beach, with a return flight from Daytona to Atlanta. The return flight was for 3:28pm. Apparently this was changed to 6am. I have spoken to people at Just fly. Ahmed the first one was rude and kept arguing with us about what we purchased. I do not care what YOUR key strokes show. I would never purchase a flight at 6AM especially on Tuesday. I have added the screen shot I sent to my daughter after I purchased the flight. You want to charge me a crazy amount of money to change it back to a 3:28 flight. I also spoke to a supervisor, he said the same thing. At least he was nice about it. I will be filing complaints and doing reviews on every site again.

I want a refund of the flight fully or my daughters' flight changed to 3:28pm on 9/19
