My complaint:
We bought a ticket via Justfly to travel from Dallas to Yaounde/ NSI via United Airline DZ7LJ3. On 7/5/2023, after boarding, we had to deplane due to delay and subsequent flight cancellation. We were asked to call united to rebook, which we did. We were scheduled to travel the next day, 7/6/23 via Newark and Brussels. On the morning of the 6th, we received an about a 3 hours delay, we would be missing our Brussels flight in Newark. We called united again. After several hours, wewere finally rebooked to go through Frankfurt at 340pm on 7/6/23. The only problem was when we received our reservation via email. The agent did not book us from DFW to Frankfurt. He only booked us from Frankfurt to Brussels. Another agent helped us but when we arrived the airport, Lufthansa agent said they could not find our ticket number. United agents were unable to assist as we were on hold until the plain left. As of today, neither justfy nor united want to assist. Agents keep toasting me around. Justfly customer service is asking for $75 to speak with United airlines as requested by United. Justfy customer service is also willing to cancel my ticket but I have to pay them over $400 cancellation fee. As this time, united airlines has asked for justfly to contact their executive office for them to replace my tickets without a fee; but Justfly is wanting to charge me for this communication. I am at a lost of what to do at this point. I don’t have any more money to spend on tickets that I did not use due to no fault of my own.
Suggested solution:
Get me other rounds trip tickets at no charge;
Pay my extra luggage fees of $200; and
Pay for multiple taxi fees to and from the airport-$49.16, 51.85, 43.79, 25.00.
OR
Give me a full refund ;
Pay my extra luggage fees of $200; and
Pay for multiple taxi fees to and from the airport-$49.16, 51.85, 43.79, 25.00.
