My complaint:
I have been trying to get a hold of someone via phone or chat online. However, it is impossible to do so. I’ve been trying to get my refund from February. Per there policy it says it will take up to 18 weeks. Yet, it’s been more than 18 weeks and I still have not received my refund on my credit card. I’m been on hold with there customer service online and no one goes live. This company has very poor customer services. It’s very sad to see that all they care is about money.

Up to this day I haven't gotten a response.
