My complaint:
In June I applied a flight with Justfly to Newark, NJ on July 10, 2023. United Airlines cancelled that flight so I called Justfly to see how they can assist me. I was then charged $167.00 to reschedule my flight for July 12, 23. First of all is my flight was cancelled by United Airlines I should have not been charged a dime to reschedule. It was a great inconvenience for me due to my appointments which were schedule months in advance. My health is suffering enough with the amount of specialist I see medications I take to have someone charge me for their changes. I am not rich and don’t have an income so why abuse of my being. In addition when I contacted United Airlines I noticed that they did not charge me for the change that Justfly made. So it is my understanding that Justfly stole $167.00 from me I should get my money back. This is why I am making a complaint against Justfly and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to an elderly person. I do wish to hear from you people asap please.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my $167.00 which I was charged which they said I had to pay the difference to United but United did not charge me for having to reschedule what they cancelled. It really a shame because I and all my family use Justfly so much.
