My complaint:
I placed an order last night at this location but they never delivered it, the tracker said delivered but it never came. I called them and they said not to worry it will be delivered, not true, it never was delivered. So I called the store today and talked to the manager about last nights order and he told me that there is no recorded of me placing an order at that location, call customer service.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money back, I even gave a $5.95 tip to a driver that never delivered my order! Wow!
