Jimmy Johns complaint: General Manager failure to handle complaints made.

My complaint:

Several events with the management at this location, I find to be unacceptable. First day of work. The GM gave me a Branch debit card, which she took out the envelope that was closed. When I got home, after my shift to active the card. The card number on the app didn’t match. Also that morning when I started 2 things happened. Roughly 10:30 am. The GM started to speak about an employee called off to, the employees that was there. Personally I find that extremely inappropriate. So I open up my chart like the GM clearly see. I had two doctor’s appointments coming up within the next 2 week. The GM looked at it. No response seemingly disregard it. Next day just the shift manager asked me to clock out early, but told me to stay on the clock to gossip about another manager. I felt very uncomfortable with this. The following weekend. I’d worked from 10am -9:30pm. I asked that shift manager, when am I allowed to take a break. This was roughly around 4:10ish pm. I was told I should have taken a break before the other delivery drivers left. They as manager tell them to leave I wasn’t allowed to take a break for the whole shift. Sunday I text the GM to remind her about my up coming appointment. Since she said I didn’t informed her about this one or my last one. I stated that I couldn’t work Thursday( tomorrow Friday-Saturday I could only work late. She said sounds good as a response, but schedule me to work Thursday 10am-7pm Friday 11am-4pm. When I can in today. I walking in at 9:50am. I went to the restroom cam back at 9:53 laying out the areas rugs. I didn’t clocked in. So I clocked in, after I did that the GM walked from the back told me to clocked in which I stated I did. She asked me what I’m waiting for. I asked her what did she mean she told me to wash dishes etc… Mind you I still don’t start until 10am. Later that day I was washing dishes, when she asked if I had a problem. I told her if I speak about it, it wouldn’t get resolved. She told me to tell her the end result was her telling me. If I don’t like it here, I could leave right now. There is no accountability for her actions or her managers. Plus by me telling her about my problems, nothing will get resolved favoritism is with whom they deemed fit.

Everything I speaking about was under the store’s camera everytime. I have text messages pictures to dates, times interactions.

Suggested solution:

If there’s policies everyone should uphold them. The fact that I worked from start to close, is unacceptable. If there’s are policies that drivers can have other passengers. Why are managers driving with the drivers. They want to drive with. If there is a no deviating from your delivery route, to get food. Why is their driver or route or not, getting food coming back into with it. When a GM ask you what the problem is but didn’t like what you say. Retaliates and ask you to leave.
