My complaint:
Picked up a JJ sub a little while ago. The (sub) bread was so hard that we couldn’t bite through it! When I called to complain, the worker said that they were closed yesterday (Thanksgiving) and didn’t get the bread out in time for opening. Didn’t get the bread out from what – the freezer? Shouldn’t the bread be made fresh daily? This seems to be a continuing problem.
Food cost too much money to have to throw it away. Bad Business
Suggested solution:
They agreed to give me my money back...BUT I have to make a special trip to get it.
