My complaint:

This HAD been my local fast food place in Bonsall, CA. I had gone once a week.
Recently the front counter has changed and there is NOBODY to greet you, take an order, and accept payment.

I walked up to (2) two screens, and stood bewildered. After a few minutes, I asked one of the three people working back there if they could take my simple order. One young man responded slowly, looked me up and down, and waved his hand to a screen and blandly stated, Ya’ gotta use that there….that was it

I then asked for some assistance. We went through a simple order, he punched it in. ALSO making mistakes along the way, fumbling with the screen He was easily one-third (1/3rd) my age and was still rude and unapologetic

He then shrugged and said well, yer card don’t work here. And went back behind the counter where the main kitchen is I stood there at a loss for words. ALONE. I then left, confused, disgusted, befuddled, and feel free to add any other negative adjective.

Suggested solution:

Contact me and explain EVERYTHING about the change in staff, technology, rudeness. I grew UP with Jack in the Box here in San Diego, as one of my favorite places. Now, I am PROFOUNDLY disappointed.
