My complaint:
Upon entrance there was an awful smell like sewage I mean awful. When I made it to the front counter a young lady tried to assist me, when she was bulldozed and it appeared bullied by the store manager to move. I literally had to wait 15 minutes to be assisted by the manager. I managed to place my order but my card was snatched from me and I received numerous of death stares. While the employee was being humiliated I waited another 25 minutes to receive my order which was incorrect, and appeared to be burned.
I waited outside and the manager put the employee out not even 5 minutes after I left. This has happened on many occasions with the same exact store manager but the behavior today made me reach out and leave a complaint. No customer let alone employee should have to deal with the passive aggressiveness that was used today, and some disciplinary action must be taken. I will be reaching out to the city of Houston due to the horrendous smell as well.
Suggested solution:
The store manager should be terminated or demoted because this is not the only time this has happened.
