My complaint:
I need to make a complaint regarding my order. That was placed tonight period i’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody and nobody will answer the phone so I had to come to you. Our whole order was wrong and they did not provide everything they were supposed to and I can’t even get a hold of anybody to fix my order
Suggested solution:
Train, your employees better. Have them answer the phones and Either give me my money back or fix my food
