Jack in the Box complaint: Horrible Customer Service

My complaint:

I went to Jack in the box and the doors were locked. The sign said open and I seen workers inside but no one would come to the door. I knocked harder and louder and the workers looked at me but no one would help me. Cars were going through the drive thru so I walked to the drive thru to find out what was going on and they continued to ignore me. They would not let me know why the doors were locked to get inside and they would not tell me at the window. I’m parked in a lot nearby for an event and the parking says no in and out parking so I walked to Jack in the box. In addition, I had to call the number over 40 times for a worker to finally answer and even then, they wouldn’t tell me why the dining area was closed. I can provide period of calls if needed. Based on the call that was finally answered and hour later, I believe the workers names were Ruth and Estella. This is the worst service I have EVER experienced! As a person, common courtesy says to let the person know why the doors are locked during open hours not ignore them for over an hour!

Suggested solution:

Fire that lady that was in charge or demote her until she has been retrain appropriately. I loved Jack in the box but this experience has definitely turned me away for awhile. I won’t be returning and I’ll tell others the same until I know some type of resolution has been made and I see the company does value its customers. A customer should never be ignored or treated that way!
