My complaint:

When I moved out to Denver last month, I was so excited to find out that Jack in the Box was here.
I went today with my three-year-old granddaughter and it was the worst experience ever!!!
We were in store 8140 the employee’s name was Brandon he talks so fast you can’t understand him you had to keep asking him to repeat everything.
When the food did come out it was so greasy and so nasty the fries were cold my granddaughter’s chicken nuggets were burnt beyond burnt and when I asked him about it he just looked at me with a dumb blank stare in his face. There were no napkins he shoved a piece of brown paper towel on the top of our bags, there was no pop in the machine, he said they ran out so they had nothing to fill that machine with.
I paid for a meal hoping to get a drink and I got ice water, my granddaughter got an apple juice with her kids meal and it’s outdated I’m sending you a copy of this receipt and I want my money back. And just so you know, You’ve lost a customer and I will be telling my friends as well.

Suggested solution:

A freshly made order would have been nice to be acknowledged that I'm trying to explain to him there's a problem instead of being stared at would have been nice offering a refund would have been nice but apparently he was too busy cuz he turned around and walked away and left me standing there. Your next question asked how I would rate my experience... How about a -5...
