My complaint:

I checked in on the 29th for a week until the 5th which cost $407,00 after calling the night around 9pm I noticed the bed mattress was damage on one half of the bed it was a very uncomfortable sleep meaning I didn’t get any 💤 sleep…To add to it ,got up later on to find a water bug 🪲 crawling on my arm.Go use the bathroom and the toilet doesn’t flush.On August 30 I talk with the General manager about the bad experience,And showed her pictures of my complaint and all she said to me is I don’t have anymore mattresses I can try to get you one from another room when it come available which was about 4 hours later then only to find out this mattress is in the same condition as the first one…So being that I had no choice but to stay here I had to suffer the worse backache ever…no sleep ….The General manager didn’t accommodate me in no kind of way or even made attempt too.I am asking for a full refund.Thank you….
