My room was not ready on the day I was suppose to check in. I had to wait for 2 days. I paid for another hotel until my room was prepared. Upon check in Ms, Melody was rude and unprofessional. Denied me of speaking to supervisor. Next day A man attempted to enter my room with key. Later that day I was waken to a noise complaint being accused of being loud when I slept and went to work. when I addressed these concerns Melody was rude and unprofessional. She denied my request to renew stay and denied my check in for new reservation day after check out date. Police were called and I was forced to leave property in room and to vacate property. I was humiliated and treated like a criminal.
I would like for action to be taking against the manager. Customer complaints and issues should be addressed properly and resolved in a professional manner and result in customer satisfaction. Customers should be treated in this manner. I would also like to something done to compensate me for the inconvience of all the hotels hassles and mistreatment, I spent alot of money and encountered extra problems due to melody's behavior and attitude
