My complaint:
This place is terrible the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at they are very rude to the customers they cut the water off almost every single day and I have babies that eat formula and can’t feed them because the water is always off every single day. We stay weekly and after paying for the week about two days later every single time they tell us that our payment is due and won’t let us in the room we have to take the receipt to prove we payed for a week we had to stand in the cold with. Newborn and a one year old because they wouldn’t let us in until we proves we payed for a week. There’s drug deals every single day and I can’t go outside to smoke a cigarette without somebody asking me if I need drugs or meth it’s plain out ridiculous. We paid for a premium room and still haven’t been put in one they say they never have openings but I feel the price for is should go down if we’re not getting what were paying for it’s not right. There are two of us staying in this room as a couple amd they only give us one key and say we have to pay for another one so after working a tem hour shift I have to wait outside until my wife gets here to be let in after work. This place is so unprofessional and not a good place at all I wouldn’t recommend anyone EVER to stay here it’s a waste of money and you definitely don’t get what you pay for here. There’s Roaches everywhere and they don’t care nor do anything about it at all they just put roach traps in the open where my one year old can get them. We’ve been here for two months and it’s a disaster I don’t even understand how this place is still going at all it’s so terrible. The workers here do as they please and barely help anyone out when it comes to the room our first month here we couldnt use the stove and our microwave went out as well and we had to wait almost a month to be able to use the stove again and had to wait three weeks for a microwave. It’s sad here not far to the paying customers at all.the church that puts homeless people and drug addicts in here is unreal also that’s why it’s so bad here kuz they let anyone and everyone in with no problem then all you face is problems being here. I don’t feel we should have to pay as much as we do if we’re not in the room we pay for they don’t even tell us they are shutting the water off and we try to make bottles for the babies in the morning and can’t. This place is a joke if I had the money to go somewhere else we are out of here as soon as possible and I will make sure no family or friends ever think about staying here or by here it’s nasty here

Put us in a room we actually pay for i believe that would be fair and if I could rate this a zero star I most definitely would
