My complaint:
Reservation made for week June 18-June 25. Upon arrival at 6:50 pm, front desk office doors locked – property attendant stated nothing he could do and office closed on weekend. Had to find other accommodations. Arrived at front desk on Monday only to be told reservation cancelled. Contacted 1-800 for reservations and was told nothing they could do. I want a full refund of any funds charged or to be charged as I did not stay at the hotel, but arrived in sufficient time to check in.
