InTown Suites complaint: Manager on duty reuse and racist

My complaint:

I am from New York City I have been here since last Tuesday. I’ve been staying at other hotels, such as the oceanaire diamond resorts and I never had a problem with my ID. I book my reservation for this hotel online gave the my nyc address my card number and billing number. My New York State Benifit with my picture, birthday and name which is a state ID with my debit card with my name on it the lady at the front desk was racist and said she wasn’t checking me in she didn’t try to trouble shoot the problem she was just rude. I asked for the manager and of course she was the manager. Then I proceed to ask if my boyfriend’s ID is fine she said yes. Then she said she ID was no good because it didn’t look like any ID she’s seen before I told her he’s military he had to then show his passport we had been on the road for hours. We didn’t check in for a hour I got here at about 2:40 and I didn’t get in until 3:40 it was very inconvenient other guest seen the interaction and said she was wrong. One of the other staff stated she didn’t know what was wrong with my boyfriends ID, the manager was talking over her saying it had two address I was explaining that he’s military. Then my boyfriend had to sign a letter for me to be allowed in the room after she let me pay with my card. Then she took my ID that she previously stated wasn’t acceptable took a copy of it and gave me a key. As you can see from the picture be low I was still allowed to pay for the room but was treated like it wasn’t my room

Suggested solution:

She didn’t say sorry I waited a hour to get in my room
