My complaint:

General manager, Luanne Murphey at 6067 Buford Highway, Intown suites has been rude from the very first contact that I’ve ever had with her. She doesn’t make opportunity to give my card to me in a timely manner on a weekly basis. I work from 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Thursday. I pay Tuesdays for my room. She has never made option to make the spare key for me and leave it for an after hour staff knowing for well that I’m not able to come into the office to receive a key during the hours of 11 to 7 Monday through Friday if I were able to pick a key up on the weekends it’s an impossible because my pay date isn’t due for the room until Tuesday so she cannot make a key for me before the date of me to have a key made When asking about the key she tells me I’m an adult and I should figure it out making no effort to make sure that I have a key to open my room after she has charged me for the room. I’ve made several attempts to try to amicably work things out now she has made the unrealistic demand for me to leave a room that I pay for faithfully I have created no issue other than today due to her telling a new night staff member that does not know how to make an after hours key that she was going to charge me $10 every time he had to let me in a door when she hasn’t made the option available to me to have a key made Between hours that work for me that aren’t 11 to 7. Meaning she doesn’t have to be there when you charge my card on Tuesday, make a card leave it with After our staff so that I can pick it up when I come in from work that is a simple solution. However, she has never tried to make anything simple. Her goal is to make things difficult for no reason I did call the police due to her, brushing up against me with her breast, pushing me back when I’m having a conversation with her when there was no need for her to even come behind the counter to where I was at in the office, you never are allowed to go in when one person is being served I was still being served. She invited two other people to come in and walked around to speak to someone and pushed up on me to do so, so she did what she knowingly could do without being caught or dealt with, but I am able to press charges for her coming at me for no reason all I asked for was my key. All I asked for was a simple way in order for her to make a key because Not available 11 to 7. That’s the hours that y’all keep in it unfortunately doesn’t work for my schedule I’ve been nothing but a faithful client there. I’ve done nothing but pay my rent. I’m not allowed. I don’t keep you know I just don’t I there’s no issues I live there I pay for the room. I haven’t had any issue until she told me or told the night staff a night person that she was going to charge me $10 every time he had to open my door again it’s unreasonable. It doesn’t even make sense when she’s not available when I call she’s not available there from 11 to 7. She tells me she needs me to sign a paper which I’ve already signed for them to run my credit card because again I’m not there and I can’t be in person. I was told that I could do that now she wants to tell me she’s not able to charge that card anymore for whatever reason because it needs side I signed it and I have always signed the thing of the matter is on Fridays and Saturdays when I’m available Why haven’t you called to say hey can you come and sign? It wouldn’t be a problem again Fridays I’m available 11 to 7 but I’m not due to pay my card fee until Tuesday so she can’t give me a card on Friday for the following week so it’s been a process that again night. Staff has had to make a key for me so I don’t know why she’s making it harder than what it Hass to be but again she’s a nasty person she’s nasty and demeanor. She’s nasty and conversation. She’s just nasty all the way around and all it is and she’s unhappy. Clearly a happy person doesn’t treat people like they’re the issue she’s got problems and that’s clear and that’s her issue but for future reference of those that need more accommodating managerial staff who have two brain cells to put together and figure out if you charge someone’s card and you don’t offer the service that’s basically the so it might be good for her to think about someone in the future making sure that she provides the ability if someone can’t get in by 11 or seven, take the payment, virtually or by you know the card and provide their key with the after hours staff. Once you’ve paid for it, make the key, let the person have the access to their room, simply that .

Suggested solution:

I called the police to find out what my rights are for this woman telling me that I had to be out in 24 hours. I’ve never been a disruptive tenant. I have never not paid my rent on time. There’s never been an issue on my side her issue is that she is just difficult for no reason so the point is no I’m not satisfied for the fact that y’all have a manager up in there that is unprofessional she is you know uncaring unkind she’s just rude all the way around and I get it when people are miserable with their life they do whatever they can to make other people miserable but you need to get better staff in there because she’s not it.
