My complaint:
Upon checking into the suites my method of payment was $200 credit card from st Vincent DePaul church member $450 cash from Robin Turner…
I was told to do a walk through before my payment was accepted…
after getting situated I went to the bathroom and notice the sink was in horrible condition .. roaches and roach dropping was in the bathroom..
I called the front desk and was told that maintenance was going to come up and check the bathroom no body ever showed up..
Several nights I got up to used the bathroom the roaches where everywhere in my clothing and wash clothes..
I was told if you are smoking to take It away from the building .. my window was by the back exit door next to the elevator.. that was the hub for the weed smokers.. it was so bad that it was backing up into my room .. I had to pass the ween smokers every morning heading to work.. the fumes where in my clothing …
I asked to changed my room but the front desk girl said nothing was available..
I stay until Friday because I had no choice and was told no refund…
I have photos attached and I’m requesting a full refund ..
