My complaint:

I have been a long time resident and technology fees keep going up, but I have been working from home and gone back and forth with my job and the internet provider for this site. You have changed the satellite provider since I have been here (and they are NO WHERE NEAR as good as Spectrum was) and that was bad enough, but you have not changed the internet company and the service is below par. waaay below….constant requirements for new passwords, connectivity issues, VERY slow upload speed….this is borderline prehistoric….

Suggested solution:

If you do not want to get a better ISP, then shut off connectivity to empty rooms and PLEASE...get rid of the constant password requirement for residents once they renew their stay unless absolutely necessary...once we renew and it has been paid for, it should be included automatically. I have been here 2 years and renewing keys, constant wi-fi connectivity issues, can't pay online...and now I can't earn the money to pay-to-stay but I'm sure you'd be quick to evict right?
