My complaint:

When checking in in August young lady at desk called me homeless. Im disabled veteran. Young lady has had plenty of opportunities to apologize never has. She still continues to be rude. On October 30th there was an episode between myself and my fiance which she has been through horrible horrible things that no woman should go through. Hold on October 31st I go to the office ask them about rates for the next month the manager holds up a calculator with loser written on it. I am never disrespected your staff I have overlooked things that staff has done. The manager should not treat somebody like that he disrespectful and rude. No staff member except for the maintenance man has made any effort to do anything to resolve the. The young lady who called me homeless as a disabled American vet which I am not has had more than one opportunity to apologize. I am never said anything Cross or disrespected the staff members but they continue to be rude and arrogant and just completely oblivious to the needs of paying customers. I can honestly say as a disabled United States army veteran I have never been so offended and I have never been treated so poorly by a member of the service industry. The incident with my fiance was a horrible horrible thing she has a severe PTSD issue and for your staff to just call me a loser because she went through something so bad it’s just unacceptable.

Suggested solution:

It would be nice just for them to at least apologize or show some compassion for their fellow man. I will say this your maintenance man at this location is willing to go above and beyond any requirements that y'all accept Forward.
