My complaint:

For starters … I reserved a room online and even paid for the upgrade (that i did not get put back on my card.). the manager Lucy has no business being in a customer service position at all! She is just flat out a B! And to yell at a customer when then just walk in after seeing what she put me in! This room is undisscribable . Hair in the tub from all parts of the body bugs everywhere and omg the smell… the full size bed after requesting a queen then her saying they do not have those here? Really ? Why do you offer the option on the net? And I have to stay here til the 30th because no one will help me with any of these matters ? This place should not even be standing. Just nasty and rude. I can not believe you have a safe like this
I need a refund and to be transfered
Refund for my overcharge and transfered to the one down the road. At least they have beds yiu can sleep in!
My back hurts so bad! Im going thru a domestic abuse divorce right now and this is the last thing I need

Also they have been in my room right after I left to go spend $50 on pest control spray for my room OH then asked for clean bedding for my sunk in full size and was ignored

Suggested solution:

Put my in another location and refund the amount paid for the upgrade I asked for in the reservation
