My complaint:

My family is constantly being harassed about our service dog. The housekeeper Barbara is making false accusations about our room smell like animals. I currently work as a Medical Technologist that is strict on sanitation. I have my own cleaning and bleaching supplies that I use on a daily basis. I refuse to let her in our room because of other residents staying that she go through people things and steal out of the rooms. I have valuable things in my room and do not want people in there that steal. I am not a complainer but I’m tired of the nonsense.
Now I’m going to speak facts. What they smell is the dirty nasty carpet that is in the hallways that I don’t like my service animals to walk on, so basically we carry them because the carpet is so filthy. There is drug activity going on in the building. You can smell marijuana up and down the hall way but the manager do not complain about that. The room we are renting for a couple of weeks until my home is finished is vinyl flooring in which we mop everyday. The staff here is not professional. I lived here back in 2014 due to a house fire and the staff and place was a lot better. People got along then. I had my service animals then and they are the same two I have now. I am tired of people coming up to me having things to say that the manger and the housekeeper Barbara keep saying. I am reaching out to higher executives to handle this manner. I have invited them in to come and check the room to see for themselves. I will never return for any circumstances to rent here again.

Suggested solution:

Hire a more professional staff and housekeeping staff. Teach the staff hospitality etiquette.
