My complaint:
I had my extra key taken by another person who came to my room ..I went to the front office and explained to them I needed my room rekeyed .The maintance man yelled at me stating that wasn’t thier problem.Later the office manager and security came to my room pounding on the door .I explained told them his Name ,and discribed who this person was ,what they drove, and that his family also stayed here. Since staying here I noticed they appeared to have a problem with a man here only because the office manager is related to this man’s exgirlfriend.This office manager and security then called the local police and stated I told them He stold my item and tried to have him arrested . This is untrue and now she had put me a paying customer in a position .She lied to police filed a false report and has but a dafamation of character mark on my self and this person who did nothing wrong to me ,and hadnt even been in or near my room .False informing is against the law. My name as a paying customer should have never been used .
Suggested solution:
I would like to see office manager removed from her job.I would like to have my room here comp.and be allowed to move to another Inn town suites of my choice away from here now that it is out there that I am a whistle blower in a area where that is not looked upon kindly.I feel she has put me in a very compromising situation. I also would like the Banned from this property towards this man be removed .
