My complaint:
Tried to renew my room but the manager would not run my card correctly . It was a debit card and nit 1 time did it ask me for my pin number. He kept accusing me of not having money for the room even after ne showing him I did . I went to the ATM I the liquor store next door and git the money no problem. When u returned he refused to rent me the room saying I slammed the door when I left. The person waiting behind me who came in the door as I left will tell you I never even shut the door that he did . I have video of my room showing the condition I left it in and I don’t smoke but I still have not gotten my deposit back. I was warned of this property manager by his coworker who had originally rented me the room and multiple reviews left are complaints about the same property manager. I am disabled and believe this is part of the reason he treated me this way.
Suggested solution:
I want my deposit back and would love this manager to find a job that doesn't involve customer service
