My complaint:
My complaint is about the manager and the housekeeping staff assigned to my room.Ihave had several altercations with them Last year I was sick- asevere allergy attackand was bringing up body fluids. Unable to jump up and run continually, I used the trash can.On my next visit to office manager I was debased, tried to explain but don’t feel I was heard.Next was last week when she asked me not to throw rotten veggies in trash but take them outside myself.I agreed wo argument.This past Monday, a.m. Upon my return to room after cleaning, I noticed the trash had not been emptied and can had been ransacked.I called office and asked why.Manager accused me of putting rotten veggies in trash and filling can above the rim. I know the can was below the rim because I always push it down (their ransacking of ntrash left it above rim and there was one banana peel which I placed on top of trash as I left room for cleaning. Her response was angry and excoriating as though I purposely disobeyed her. She threatened I would face retribution should it happen again. As I hung up the phone I said to myself and you’ll be sorry She called back in few minutes and said to me As she could not satisfy me I would have to leave by Thursday which is tomorrow. I said to her I couldn’t do that and she responded that it didn’t matter. I went to computer to search for another hotel which had a first floor availability. I need an accessible room on 1st floor because I am 82 years, severe arthritis in knees, making it painful to walk. Also have a forward leaning spine that also affects my mobility. I have looked daily for another place even though my personal plan was to move out on or before 63022. As of that date I expect to have a place of my own, which if still unavailable I would have the time to locate another room such as this one.
Suggested solution:
Please reverse her decision, which would relegate me to the street in my car with no place to go. Allow me to stay until 30th of June which would allow me the time to locate another place in case my own place is still unavailable. I have a picture for below proof but do not know how to add it
I also reread check-in info and could not find any info re the demands made of me. Why do they expect a half empty trash can from people who cook daily and live daily in these rooms?
