My complaint:
I had broken a window and was instantly kicked off the property because it was an accident. Not to mention I am not allowed to any other properties. Considering I spent almost a year at I town suites, have seen many tenants do far worse including break ins and I am banned for breaking a window I also offered to pay. The maintenance man has another tenant who isn’t allowed on the property in his room. Not to mention smoking weed where there isn’t cameras on property The front desk clerk Jennifer takes bribes. So I am making this official complaint that out of all things being caught on camera, a broken window made me homeless. Not to mention all the hardship I just endured because of an accident. That I even admitted to doing.. Not only do I want all my money back, because the stay was extremely uncomfortable after making a complaint of a guy who didn’t stay in his lane and would always stalk me even at work. He is still housed on that property. I am completely unsatisfied with all the ways that suite was ran. I actually had to down grade because they wanted to give me a DNR. Look into it. Because I was homeless a week because of all that unnecessary drama! I want all my money back.
Suggested solution:
Refund all my money since I'm banned from all of them I will make sure I never spent a penny at this unforsaken twisted company.
