My complaint:

Im gonna copy what i have already sent to the Intown Suites. This is what i messaged them: On Tue, Mar 31, 2020, 7:38 AM Veronica Swisher wrote:

She was very unprofessional and rude… Slammed the door in our faces, got an attitude with Us when we asked why our room was given to someone else, said she dont know what to tell us when we asked if any other intown properties would be able to accomodate our needs. I responded saying this:
Thankyou. Could I have your name please? Our reservation was for a week and in the amount of $300. I had to book 2 nights at a hotel for My family and myself for the amount of $222. My wife and mother are very angry about this whole situation with your hotel and what it has costed us both financially, emotionally and spiritually. No amount of financial compensation will be able to make this burden on my family go away but i , my wife mother definitely would like compensated as soon as possible. My wife Mother are devastated by this unfortunate situation and may proceed to take more further and appropiate action to address this issue is left unsatisfied

Suggested solution:

Myself and my wife and mother are very upest by their actions of cancelling a guaranteed paid reservation that i made for a week to attend a funeral in birmingham Alabama...by them cancelling our reservation it cost us pain and suffering ..not to mention we missed half of the funeral ceremony...and costed Me over $600 to stay at another hotel we found for a week...thats double the amount it was gonna cost with the reservation i had at intown suites. The rudeness and unprofessionalness was appalling. I could go on and on. I would like compensate d for the week reservation that i made that was guarenteed...and also would like compensated for the pain and suffering it costed me not only finainally but emotionally.
