Instacart complaint: Wrongfully deactivated account after not receiving order

My complaint:

May 17 My fiance and I placed an order of groceries due to our car not working. We placed the order under priority and paid top dollar for a tip. It took 6 12 hours for the order to be picked up. Once we did. We tracked our order and it said it was in Kennesaw Georgia. About an hour later nothing happened after it being tracked to Kennesaw. We got a notification saying our order was delivered and never got the order. Contacted customer support and also tried contacting the driver no one answered. Customer support issued us a full refund the same day of the incident. The next morning I couldn’t log in as it said our account was locked it’s May 31st 2022. No refund. No response back from Instacart and our account is still locked for some reason.

Suggested solution:

Unlock our account and give us our money back

Must have happened more than once, that’s the only way a customer gets deactivated
