Instacart complaint: Waiting close to 6 hours for a 6 items order

My complaint:

We use Instacart to get Publix grocery deliveries. I had an emergency today. My husband and I have both been sick. As of today my husband thought he might be able to eat a few mashed potatoes since he’s been throwing up non stop for days! I placed a 6 items order, one of which was mashed potatoes. We order our groceries through Instacart every week but this was kind of an emergency order. We had nothing to eat in the house and I had not eaten all day and I could not leave my husband by himself. I placed this tiny order around 4:00 And as if now, 10:49 p.m. and the order still isn’t here. I’m so hungry now that I’m sick and my poor husband….we live less than a quarter from the Publix where we buy groceries via Instacart. I made complaints to customer service and they tried, but…there was. Shortage of drivers. Do you not have stand by driver’s? 7 hours for a 6 item delivery when our home is so close to the store? Unacceptable! This is simply bad management on your part. There should be other drivers available to fill in. This is just ludicrous! I’m still waiting on my order. The shopper completed the order 15 minutes ago and yet is still not here! Im very mad, upset and disappointed in Instacart drivers n general. We had extenuating circumstances where we circumstances needed our order as soon as was possible. We were not ordering groceries for a banquet!

Suggested solution:

Refund my total order price once my groceries are delivered. This is completely unacceptable!!!!!!
